施工程序與方法 Construction Procedure

·在攪拌容器內(nèi)倒入40公斤水，開(kāi)動(dòng)攪拌機(jī)到高速擋，倒入一袋A料攪拌5分鐘，泡沫到達(dá)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)位置，調(diào)到低速擋運(yùn)行，緩緩加入50公斤水泥，再加入B料充分?jǐn)嚢?span>5分鐘至均勻的膏糊狀。

·打開(kāi)閥門(mén)把漿料注入沉箱或基面，流到指定位置后關(guān)閉閥門(mén)，用刮板稍稍刮平待其表干。

·施工前請(qǐng)仔細(xì)閱讀包裝說(shuō)明，按規(guī)定流程操作。

·加入32.5R與42.5R水泥干固時(shí)間和強(qiáng)度會(huì)有所差異，如工期較緊建議使用42.5R水泥施工。

·澆注完工未完全干固禁止踩踏，以免影響施工效果。

·施工完成后立即清洗干凈機(jī)器和閥門(mén)，以免水泥結(jié)塊堵塞閥門(mén)。

·嚴(yán)禁開(kāi)機(jī)后伸手入機(jī)器桶內(nèi)，以防發(fā)生意外。
