70-90s with 3000W iodine gallium lamp (1 meter away from the light); 

35-50s with 5000W iodine gallium lamp (1 meter away from the light).

DEVELOPMENT: 30-45s (Manual)25-30s (Processor).

Anodized Layer weight (g/m2):2.5-3.5

Roughness (Ra) min.: 0.5-0.7 mm.

Nominal thickness: 0.14-0.30mm 

PACKING: Plates are wrapped in photo protective paper and packed in carton boxes. The Weight of boxes is vary according to size and thickness. And finally packed in the wooden pallet.  

TOLERANCES:

For thickness: 0.15/0.20mm+/-0.10mm-0.15mm

               0.25/0.30mm+/-0.10mm-0.25mm

PACKING: Plates are wrapped in photo protective paper and packed in carton boxes. The Weight of boxes is various according to size and thickness.

SHIPMENT: With in 15-20 days after confirmed the order. 

PAYMENT: by L/C or T/T.

SHELF LIFE: 12 months from production date, keep in original box at normal temperature conditions.
